Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear to class?
We recommend comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. For specific classes: ballet requires leotards, tights, and ballet shoes; hip hop classes are best with loose-fitting clothes and clean sneakers; and for contemporary or salsa, comfortable activewear is perfect. Please avoid wearing jewelry that could get caught or be a hazard.
Do you offer a trial class for new students?
Absolutely! We want you to find the perfect fit. Your first class at Rhythm Lab can be booked as a trial for a discounted drop-in rate. This allows you to experience the class, meet the instructor, and get a feel for our studio community before committing to a full session. Please contact us to schedule your trial class.
What are your class levels and pricing?
We offer classes for all levels, from absolute beginner to advanced/pre-professional. Each class on our schedule is marked with its corresponding level. Our pricing is flexible; we offer single drop-in classes, multi-class packs, and unlimited monthly memberships for the best value. You can find detailed pricing information on our class schedule page or by contacting the front desk.
What age groups do you cater to?
Rhythm Lab welcomes dancers of all ages! We have creative movement classes for toddlers (ages 2-4), a full range of youth programs for kids and teens (ages 5-18), and a vibrant adult program for dancers 18 and up. It's never too early or too late to start your dance journey with us.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, we do. Private lessons are a fantastic way to get one-on-one instruction, perfect a specific technique, or prepare for an audition or special event. They are available with most of our instructors across all dance styles. To book a private lesson, please contact us directly to discuss your goals and schedule availability.
